707 Pest Solutions is looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administrative operations of the company. This job consists of working and communicating with customers in-person, via email, and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake various office support tasks. Experience in customer service is a plus.

Schedule
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
General Tasks
- Dispatching communications in a timely manner and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees
- Reply to emails from the company email address
- Process payments and handle invoices
Skills
- Experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, iMac, and general office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer knowledge
- Able to follow instructions
